I wold like to welcome you to one of the most beautiful farms in Europe, an oasis in the little village Kerkom, Belgium.
A beautiful castle surrounded by fantastic pastures, ponds and beautiful nature. 34 ha pasture and forrest, all fenced to
keep privacy and safety. We have no problem to meet any request of a luxury stay for your horse.

All horses can enjoy daily turnout on grass, surrounded by deers, swans and other wild animals.
 

Exercise is mostly done outside, we have a racetrack to ride and pony after cart, as well as a hilly forrest where youngsters
climb and adult horses go under saddle. We found that various exercise keeps spirited, lively horses all though the season.
 

Our barn is spacious and light, and all  horses can stick their heads out to see what's going on in the barn.
Showhorses spend half a day in pasture and half a day in for grooming, schooling and conditioning. All broodmares and
youngsters are out from morning until evening. Foalingstalls are cameramonitored and we have all equipment to get through
breedingseason.
 

Our breedingstallions are worked under saddle, and spend their half days at the pasture as well, we have built a reputation of
having happy and social  horses, still well trained and prepared for shows at the highest level.
 

We are situated just 45 minutes from Brussels airport, an hour from Aachen and 1,5 hours with the fast train from Paris,
this gives us many international visitors all around the year, which is a great way of self promotion of the horses standing at
Darby Farm.
 

Most of our clients came and stayed. Relations of mutual respect, honesty, generosity and great sense of humor makes every
day a pleasure, no matter how much stress or hard work.

At Darby Farm we are always keeping a few, well chosen top quality breeding stallions. Some broodmares and youngsters from
all around the world found their home with us, and we keep about 20 horses for showtraining.
